Update on current sailings and your gear
Our thoughts go out to you and your loved ones as we all work through these challenging times. Our customer care team remain on duty to assist you with your individual arrangements.
Due to the uncertainty surrounding dates when ships will resume operations there will be a delay in processing your order. As soon as your ship's sailing date is confirmed the order will be promptly fulfilled. Orders will arrive a minimum of 14 days prior to your ship's departure date. Your credit card will not be charged until the order leaves our warehouse. We have implemented this policy to avoid the inconvenience, and resulting carbon footprint, of returning items that are no longer needed due to cancelled cruises.
